You voted my picture mist burning off the domain of the fish eagle third lastin the in lastmonths challenge! I wondered if I was becoming too complacent after a number of my freelance ad photos have been finalists in big ad of the year etc. So I showed both the original and the dpc entry to one of my clients and he bought it and the rest in the seriesso thankyou cos if you hadnt wacked i wouldnt have asked him to look at it. |

Just shows you that it is all a very subjective thing. I didn't vote on that photo, but I probably would have made a comment about visible camera shake. It also may have been the look you were going after. Congratulations on the sale. |

Sandy, congrats on the sale! Looking at your photo:
I agree the resizing must have mucked it up badly. I also think the frame hurts the image, though that is a matter of personal taste.

Interesting to think that resizing caused the blurriness experienced here.. any chance of posting a larger version so we can see it without the blurries?? |

I have to admit, I gave it a 3. I probably wasn't feeling very generous... but there were photos a lot better, it was a tough challenge.
It does look very out of focus, colours are nice though. anyway, congrats on the sale! just goes to show how subjective it all is!

I agree with everyone about the pic you voted onit looked terrible on dpc it obviously doesnt take down sizing, and that terrible border I dont know what I was thinking of! |
