TAKE A PHOTO WITH A ONE SECOND EXPOSURE.

This would appear to be unlike other challenges I have seen and will test imagination and technique. Hopefully it would produce some very creative results.

Leave it to the committee to decide on editing rules.

We had a two-second exposure challenge not a terribly long time ago... the results were less than taken well by many.

Right... comes from being a DPC newbie. So if we have a one-second exposure, does that mean we would have half as many people interested as the two-second exposure?

Results, not entries. Sure, there were plenty of them but what got most people in a roar were the ones who didn't use a 2 second exposure. I'd like to see another challenge like this but make the offense dqable this time.

DPC did just that for 30-seconds or more challenge. Images with an exposure of anything less than 30 seconds were DQable
