This is my laptop, the photo is one of the downloadable wallpapers from Citation. My desktop has one of my own B&W shots, from the Franconia, NH, GTG.

Just so you know, saving work to your desktop slows down the processor and makes your computer run slower.

Steph

Any mac users out there who can help me? I have used command shift 3/4 many times before to capture screen shots, but for reasons totally unknown to me, none of these keyboard options seem to be working on my iMac. I can't use the keyboard options either for the Grab functions (shift cmd a). I suspect it's me rather than the machine, but if anybody has a clue what I'm doing wrong, I'd appreciate your thoughts.....

Thanks

Yes, I know it is cmd shift 3 (or 4 if you want to select a specific area), but the functions are not working on my machine and I am concerned I may have disabled something in my system preferences or ... I have used this before no problem, but this is not working right now. ETA. The machine just beeps at me when I try it!

Right now, it's this

because it makes me laugh, and I need to laugh when I'm at work. The image is from the hilarious (IMHO) online comic Married To The Sea

I know it's a MAC. :) I have a MAC. Couldn't tell what files they were, just thought I'd pass along the info, FWIW. Was trying to be helpful.
