I'm about ready to buy a nikon bracket and I need HELP!

I already have 2 Nikon SB-800 flashes, but I need a bracket that doesn't leave any scooby shadows. It seems like everytime I turn my camera vertical it leaves a NASTY shadow behind the subjects head. I need a bracket that will fix that.

What do you suggest?

Also if you know any mini soft boxes for my flashes that will help too.
