I thought I knew what a Bokeh is and how it could add to the picture.
But bahhhhh, This site must be full of trolls. A matter of fact, I think that they are multipling around here somewhere.

I thought this was a bokeh challenge?
I go from 5.1 to 4.9? Over 70% of pic is bokeh good honest to goodness bokeh. Also I'm seeing some fantastic photos, but with little or no bokeh? Sigh |

um...seriously? this is NOT a good week for me....this challenge and the motivational poster challenge are both under 5.5....i havn't gotten anything under a 6 in at least a month and a half or so....and seriously my picture has plenty of bokeh and its beautiful and so this is just crap.... |

I guess the only bright side is that it's only 28 votes, still alot more voting to be done but i reckon if its gonna come up it will only be to my usual of 5.5

I thought I had done so well. No comments yet, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe I cropped to close to the subject - I just liked the composition w/in the frame so well. Guess I should have left more bokeh for people to see.
Actually, since no one else did it, I wish I had thought of doing a "Bokeh Burger" earlier. By the time I thought of it, I didn't have enough time to set it up (Fast food places were all closed for the holiday on Monday, and Tuesday I had to work late).

Not at all what I was expecting! Thought my thumbnail wasn't going to stand out enough but I guessed wrong. Nice sort of mistake ;-) We'll see how long this lasts, but I'm really quite thrilled since I liked the shot a lot.

lol..that would have been a great idea...my entry has been all over the place but it's been dropping like a rock lately...about to go below thr 5.0 mark...ugh..obviously bokeh eludes me...lol

last 4 votes for me were 8 9 9 1 if I am not mistaken that is the 4th 1 My score was in the 7s and high 6s lastnight now I am wondering if I will even get a 6 out of this shot.
