Hey Bob - I cannot make it to Lansing this time because now I am going to be in Cincinnati that weekend. So keep me in mind for other GTG's because I am probably about 1.5 to 2 hours from Detroit. Hope ya'll have fun!

We'll be scheduling an Eastern Market/downtown GTG in the near future also ... we'll make sure to let you know when it's going to be!!

| on Sat the 22nd the bluesfest gets going at 2pm ... I think I'll head out to Lansing quite a bit earlier with hopes to get some good architecture shots ... anyone interested in meeting around 10am? |

I might be able to go, It's within driving distance. Years ago I went to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo and I've been to Detroit and Dearborn.
There is a " Canon Photography in the Parks Photo Contest" ending September 29, 2007.
It's either Landscape or Wildlife categories, taken in any park or National Monument in the USA (900x600px 500Kb) digital or scanned-in. The prizes are from about $8000 Grand prize, plus 7 other big prizes, to 14 $99 prizes.
10AM is a good time to meet.

Saturday September 22 at 10am (gives further out people time to get to Lansing without waking up at rediculous AM)

Sounds cool. I won't know until closer to the date for sure, but I should be able to get it off, I don't have anything else going on that week, that you know of.
I just marked it on my calendar :-)
As long as I can get it off, anytime is a good start time for me! |

Hey, I'd be very interested in joining in on a GTG!
Due to the nature of my work, my schedule can change on a dime but for now you can count me in. BTW, I'd really like to do some sort of lighthouse/shoreline tour of areas I have not been to, but I'm game for anything you guys put together... |
