I'm going to sail for a week in Mediterranean sea.
I'd like to have some suggestionregard to the handling and the maintenance of my camera and its accessories: cleaning, protections and wahtever come you in mind

#1 Don't drop it over the rail
#2 Don't change lenses in the wind, nothing worse than saltwater spray for your camera innards.

Dramamine. Puking on your camera is worse than saltwater spray. :)

Might want a UV filter to cover up the lens(es). Saltwater on anything sucks. Make sure to avoid spray as the Rebel is not sealed by any means. The salt tends to get into places and begins to corrode the insides. Maybe invest in an underwater or watertight enclosure too?
