your best bet would be to contact her and tell her you are very flattered that she liked your work, that you are 16, and that you have no experience, but, that if she would like to work with you, that you are game. ask her how much they paid the last time they had something like this done, and if it sounds good, take it. ask her to be very specific as to what she's looking for, because you do NOT want to commit to something that you are not equipped to handle.
this may or may not work out, depending on what she's looking for. it might be that she's assuming you are an existing business and used to such things. this is a little different than shooting portraits on the side. in terms of being set up as a business, you have a lot more flexibility shooting semi-professionally for people than you have shooting for businesses. setting yourself up to perform business-to-business services isn't really the type of thing you throw together in an afternoon.
