I like this picture, but I don't have a good feel for cropping photo's.
Any advice on this picture would be appreciated.

Not sure how the sharpness will look if you crop to this extent. But here's a version where I've concentrated on the subject, taken the apartment block out of the shot, and positioned her on the left as if she is about to take a step onto the next stepping stone.

I think the tight crop is the right idea. Also, you have a nice neutral wall back there -- why not clone out the jogger?

I left a little more above her (just above the top of the lightpost), but pretty much the same :)

Took the advice, cropped, cloned out the kid...looks better

First off, I would suggest cloning out the bike rider.
