Good try but even my "we "egret" to inform you" thing at the zoo yesterday was just a notch less dorky than forkus. ;)

trying this out...I don't know. I've looked at the sites of the professionals who seemed to have this nailed...

fun to play with anyway.

Anni

I'd love to see some of your ideas before this gets started, or I suppose, I can wait ...

does lensbaby blur count?

Had a discussion with Goodman yesterday and we both assumed there would be a huge rush on the lensbaby...

Like Sher said earlier.. blur is the new sharp ;)

I myself should were glasses I have a pair but hate them. I can see enought o drive and read signs but my vision is not "sharp" I can function pretty good with my "handicap" if your were to be extreme about the concept. I was thinking the other day how if I was to capture the world how eye see it and say put it in a challenge it would get murdered "not that it dosen't happen anyway" Now tonight I log on and this glourious idea springs forth before my I's and it intrigues me so. call it inspiration call it just drinking a six pack but I am more than willing to tally forth upon this mighty task. For I feel this site , which I do enjoy for some odd reason' has been sucked into a mass preference for special effects along with hatred for powerlines, realistic skin tones and the all supreme evil of vignetting. some will laugh and some will wonder why but a tear has sallied forth from my eye. A voice has been heard and recorded and they say unto you, the masses, =LET THERE BE BLUR for as far as the eye can sting viva la revolution or something to that effect bring on the waves of change and I better stop before

Or maybe I should say I'll haunt this thread:

Oops, sorry. My name's Jeffrey. I suspect goodman just meant to speak up, not give you real name, but it makes things more friendly. :)

I happened to have this one in my workshop. I just moved it over to see if I'd be on the right track before we start this. Opinions?

.

yah, it's about time to dust of the lensbaby. enough of this 1.8 twaddle, there's too much in focus then...

Thanks levyj! you reminded me of this image of mine, glad I get to dust it off & revisit it!
