Can anyone teach me how can I resize an image from original to 150 k needed in chalenges, without loosing the quality of the image? I have Photoshop CS 8.0 but I'm not a pro in using it.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest starting with the tutorial Using Photoshop to Prepare Photos for DPC Challenges, which should answer most if not all of your questions.

If still have questions after reading that, feel free to post back.
