I am still trying to go back and get caught up with comments. I am so far behind that it may take quite a while but I plan on keeping on until I make it through them all.

And finally Day 31 is a composite of the whole month.
Thanks for all the comments. I've learned so much from everyone here and will still complete my goal of 100% comments on all your shots. Everyone should have comments from me for the first 10/12 days and half have comments for the second 10/12 days but I will finish them all. |

I just wanted to stop by and thank everyone who took the time and effort to comment on my stuff. I had a blast, and I am just so frustrated that I have dialup and can't get enough hours in the day to comment with any kind of decent regularity.
I've been so busy at work and all I haven't even had time to take the last few days worth of flowers.
And my greatest frustration is that my "Orchid Lily" that lives in my yard doesn't look like it'll be in bloom for another few weeks.
Y'all helped me feel better about my photography again and I found out I can take some okay floral shots.
Thank you all immensely! You're the best!

Some of us aren't done commenting yet - daily life - you know - that thing called work - gets in the way at times. At least now that it's done, I can go back member by member and track it easier and get to them now.
I was going to do a collage, but did this Day-by-Day instead:
The Month of July
(save and run self-executable) Just a quickie, kept it small and web-friendly at 5.7MB,
though it can be full-screened with fairly decent results.
Day 33 is only around the corner. (wonder how long I can stay at it)

I wanted to take a moment to graciously thank all who decided to join me in these 30ish or so days of all things floral. There are still so many ideas floating around in my head, so many ideas for the gardens next year.
Now I can take a leisurely stroll through all these postings and get down to some serious commenting.

I almost forgot.....I wanted to thank you guys, especially those of you who urged me, and showed me how, to push my envelope and get me to take a floral shot like I never have before. It didn't do a spectacular job, but it did very respectably in Still Life II and it's by far the best flower shot I have ever done.
