Well as I consider myself a beginner in the world of photography I am supprised how Photos/art commenly are stolen from this site. I realize this isn't a bad example but then again what I have been able to translate from the text below my picture, it has to do with Jehovas Witnesses, which I would not want to be associated with.

What should I do, if anything ? I don't speak Croatian.

To all Jehovas Witnesses reading this, please no hard feelings.

At least he/she gave you credit...

If credit is given, unless the shot was being used for something I was FIRMLY against, I wouldn't mind.

I mean he is only using it to enhance his site but not gaining anything out of it..

And what happens with the copyright at the bottom of his site?

It is not something I am very upset about only the that he copyrighted it at the buttom of the page as GabrielS stated in the post above.

Allthough he gives me credit I still think everyone should ask before using someones picture.

I think that regardless of a person's intentions, if the image is mine and used without my permission, then they are in the wrong. I'd then ask myself if it was worth my time to ask them to take it down. Do I plan on selling the image? Do I plan on using it for something else? Then, if I decide I don't want them to use it, I'd send them an email in English and hope that someone on their end does understand. If not, then use babelfish and send the same email again with some really bad, but hopefully understandable Croatian.
