I missed out on such a golden opportunity for this challenge!! I drove by a house several times that had such an absolute gift shot all set up and just waiting to be taken. It was a fairly typical full yard display, except mixed within the lighted reindeer and such were giant Chevy and Nascar emblems done in Christmas lights. But sadly I missed the deadline and I'm sure they were taken down now as well.

And no, I'm pretty sure it wasn't Dale Earnhardt Jr's house. Maybe 'Cousin Eddie' from the National Lampoon's Vacation movies if anything.

I guess it pays to check in regularly or you'll never know that the perfect challenge opportunity may be passing you by. :-D

You must live in the South....Nascar is big business here in NC!

Actually I live in the North. And 3M Scotchgaurd might be big business here in MN, but you don't see me putting lighted carpet samples in my front lawn to spread Holiday cheer. HA. :-D

Well..atleast it wasn't a Ford lover's house or we'd have had to see that little boy peeing on the Chevy emblem done in lights.

That thing got a Hemi? schweeeet.

Woohoo, 3M! They have that reflective tape for runners, you could do up a darn good Christmas house with that.

Same here, down the street is an awfully decorated yard, cardboard cutouts, lights, moving & lighted reindeer, and celephane covered lolipops. Maybe not as many things in the yeard as the two that won, but it's worse than it sounds. *shudders* I drive past it every day but never had the camera with me, and never went specifically to take the picture because I was lazy. -_-
