1) To have time to submit to a challenge again... I haven't done so since (gulp) JULY!

2) To spend more time taking photographs in general.

start submitting in challenges again, and start promoting my work.

Commenting on more photos during a challenge and stopping myself from entering half assed photographs to the challenges just for the sake of submitting something.

missed 1 of 2.
got 1 planned for one of the following, and setting up for the POV now.

I'm surprised at this too considering your portfolio and the particular strength (calibration) of the S85 you use. It is precisely the camera that good me hooked on digital photography.

1. to get to the high country (Rockies, coastal mtn. ranges) for an extended period and come back with real landscapes for a change.

2. to learn how to take and process pitchers using an infra-red filter and to learn how to do this better than well.

Joined as a member, over 5.0 average,5.821 average for the year, 4th place, made it onto the top 15th of my camera. So far so good :)

Not to enter every challenge, just for the sake of entering. I've skipped at least three so far.

Learn all I can. Let photography become a self sustained hobby that pays for the digital camera I want for next Christmas.
