Are there any good examples of what is commonly used? I was told that by next week there would be a request for a billing invoice and a release form for the image I'm selling. Can someone point me in the right direction here (I knew should've taken a course in business) |

here's the text i used in a recent invoice:
"License fee for perpetual online use of image
061018-House-at-Belgrade-0032.jpg
Image Description: Photograph captured in the lounge of Ruths Chris Steakhouse at Bellgrade Plantation House. The person walking through the low-light image appears to be a ghostly apparition, an affect achieved by a slow shutter speed.
The image may be published online in any galleries and/or websites maintained by Xxxxx. The image cannot be sold or used commercially by any entities other than Xxxxx without prior written authorization (additional fees may apply). This license is non-transferable, except when included in the sale of Xxxxx or one or more of its divisions and/or subsidiaries. Physical reprints and/or physical publishing of the image are subject to standard reprint fees."
hope this helps.

If you use MS Office there are some great templates for it. //office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx Just search what you are looking for in the search bar. There might even be a release form there.
Happy Hunting! |
