Today I had the absolute pleasure of spending a few hours with Bear_Music He is the best host, dragging my 3 girls and I all over Harwich, with Karma too (who rode in my girls laps LOL) and I had a great time! I saw most (if not all) of his photography haunts, we had a wonderful lunch together and he taught me a few PS tricks until we had to leave. My next trip to the Cape will be one day longer so I can spend more time with my new found friend! Anyone visiting the area and missing out on a visit with this wonderful man is crazy :)

That's kind of you to say, Kat. I felt like we didn't cover anywhere near enough, but the girls sure were patient :-) Come on back anytime!

We'd love to see some photos of your day out if you took some.

Oddly enough, we didn't shoot each other... We did take some pictures, but one of the ones i did is in a challenge right now, so I can't post from that set.

I couldn't believe we didn't take pics of each other .. or at least enlist one of my girls to take one of us together! Too busy seeing the sights, gabbing and having a nice time visiting I guess!! ;) I have some beautiful shots I took while on the beach with Robert, after he slapped a very cool lens he owns on my camera so I could play with it! I will share as soon as I sort through the 500+ photos I took while on vacation!!

Oh and Robert .. we made it home safe and sound tonight! Once again, I really enjoyed the visit and hope to do it again (at the right time of day LOL).

Sorry for the delay in posting some pictures. I had to wait for the Religion challenge to be over because Bear_Music and I got almost an identical shot and I didn't want to give him away :)

But I LOVE the depth you got in the swan's feathers, mine looks flat in comparison!

I've had the honor of meeting and spending a little time with Bear_Music myself. I agree with every word you say.

The best thing about DPC is meeting people with a similar love for the art of photography that we have. You feel bonded with them the instant you meet.

I was fortunate enough to make a second trip to Cape Cod last week. My hubby (Robert), my youngest (Allie), and my son (Adam) enjoyed a wonderful lunch with Robert! We loved his fish story and my wall now graces a beautiful print from him. Hubby doesn't do photography so we had a quick visit and lunch. Next time my hubby is willing to ride along and watch us do our photography! Robert .. I look forward to more visits in the future!

This is a quick picture from our lunch.

Thanks for sharing the pic! Good to see you again, Robert!

He is indeed a marvelous host and travel guide. :-)
