LOL Toronto the "good" area of Canada???!!?? (just kidding Toronto people....sort of!)

I live in Newfoundland, we generally don't like Toronto and they don't like us. ;)

I met some people from Newfoundland yesterday, now in the States, terrific people.

Should you happen to visit the Ottawa area, give me a call and I can show you around the place.

If you're in the Moncton (New Brunswick, Eastern Canada) I'll get you drunk at the local strip joints, then we'll wake at the crack of 1PM so we can go play a round of golf. Repeat, depending on how many days you'd be here.

Cheers.

I'm in Toronto during the day today for work, but it's the May two-four long weekend so I'm busy all weekend.

How long are you in Toronto? What are the Au papers?

I'm a fan of your photography!

In Ottawa we only suck up to Toronto because they hold one set of purse strings ..
(but we hold the other ;)

You bums don't like Toronto because we're bigger, better, shinier, have more money, and don't need you like you need us. :P You're all in trouble as soon as we become our own country!

Maybe, but who would you get to plow your streets when you get those monumental 25.4mm (1 inch) snowfalls...hehehee :O)

I'm in Guelph, about an hour and a half west of Toronto. That's an hour and a half by car, at the height of the season that the rest of the world calls Summer or, as we like to call it, Construction. Outside of rush-hour, on a clear day when the temperature precludes the possibility of working out of doors...the drive can be made in about thirty-five minutes.

Guelph is a sleepy little city of about 100,000 people. It gets its name from the sound made by a first-year university student after too many Fuzzy Navels.

Half of us work for the University of Guelph...the other half spend twenty hours a day commuting to and from Toronto. I'm not sure the latter half actually work there, though. I think they just like to breathe smog, pay way too much for gas, and be caught in drive-by gang-related shootings.

I don't work for the UofG...or commute (anymore). I sit on my duff writing humourous (I hope) essays on a variety of subjects, and shooting the occasional photograph which I show to you fine people.

Ain't life a blast!

I am in Toronto and love it. Contrary to the many postings from others from outside of Toronto. Do not knock it unless you have tried it. I have been coast to coast many times with stops in every Province. This is a great country with a lot to offer anyone.

Hmmmm, I am from Toronto and don't have a problem with Newfoundland or Montreal... at least I didn't!
No still don't have a problem with them, lovely places with lovely people for the most part...only saying that because its unfair to make generalizations isn't it.
