Do you use any 3rd party filters and if so, which ones?

Thanks,

Kev

I have several that I use. Most are too drastic, but some must own filters are:

Alien Skin Xenofex 2
Alien Skin Eye Candy 4000
Alien Skin Image Doctor
Kia Power Tools (Corel?) KPT6
AutoFX - Auto Eye 2.0
AutoFX - Dreamsuite
AutoFX - Mystical & Mystical TT

Is that a DPC legal filter? Does creating a blurred area with a clear vignette in the middle (or anywhere) possible when it must be applied to all the pixels of the photograph?

It is not legal. But the Halloween challenge was an all edits allowed challenge, so it was OK for that one.
