Is there a way in PS to correct for a blurry photo?

Unlike what they show you on TV and in the movies.... you can't invent detail that isn't already there. If the image is blurry, it can be made to look BETTER. But it cannot bring back detail that was never there.

However, blurriness is also a function of size. The larger the image, the more visible any error in focus becomes. So if you want to hide the blurriness ... shrink it! Print it smaller. Only show a smaller image on screen, whatever.

Yeah I didn't answer your question....

The answer is no. Unless you twist it around and go for an "intentional soft effect" or something.

As it was mentioned, it can be improved, but may never be right, and reducing the image size will help:

I just though that burriness was the shifting pixels in all the rows.

Try focusmagic. There's a free 5 image trial.

It's a good sharpening tool overall.

First off, Eric is kidding. Second, it IS a funny question. I was even extra polite and said, "no disrespect"...I normally wouldn't do that, but I could tell the post was sincere. But honestly, if you look at musicman's portfolio, they clearly have taken pictures before and it is a widely known fact that if a picture is blurry, it is blurry. Either digital or pre-digital. I was poking fun at the question and its simplicity, not its intentions or the photographer. Lighten up.

To me, it would be like asking, "What happens when I push the button on top of the camera"....or...."Why is my shot blown out?" It just comes across as funny.

Use sharpen, sharpen more, and as a last resort use unsharp mask, be carefull though can cause vignetting and distortion along image lines or seporations to to heavy contrasting. Also try saving images at a smaller final size. Say from original 11x14 300dpi to say 8x10 150 dpi.

Well I guess I just disproved that theory. Because I did not disrespect anyone by saying it was funny. "Any time" and "always" are unique words not to be used flagrantly. Sorry dude, but you are mistaken. You can't disrespect a question. You can disrespect a person. I said the question was funny. Huge difference.

Am I the only one who's noticed that this is musicman's first participation at this site in nearly 3 YEARS? Clearly they have let their photography slide and are trying to get back into it. So give them the benefit of the doubt.

After only being here a few months, I already know that there are some pretty talented and technically skilled photogs, like the one that improved upon those wedding pics. I would be inclined to ask for help in the forums if I thought someone could help me fix a photo that I would like saved. It sounds like a funny question but if anyone can fix it, they're on this website...

Well um, I wasn't trying to start anything. And yes if you are up to date with the hole digital imaging and photo manipulation thing then yes I agree it could possibly be viewed as funny, BUT I was trying to look at it from Musicman's possible point of view which I believe was a valid question and deserved at least a bit of an explanation after laughing at him. (and yes I saw your explanation further down) I think its funny how fast people in here can loose their tempers lately. Anyway like I said not here to start anything as it seems no matter what I say lately people take it the wrong way...
