Did anyone get any shots of the England Victory Parade today?

I managed to get a good vantage point in Trafalgar Square and snapped this, which was featured on 'BBC News Online':

It was a fantastic atmosphere - hopefully to be repeated in four years time! ;)

Uh, I missed the parade ... Congratulations though -- a cool shot (I like all the camcorders they're using) and great publicity for you!

swing low, sweet chariot! Reminds me of my days playing with the Hamilton Hornets RFC in the Niagara Rugby Union.

I'll never forget when we played 15 from the HMS Juno, a frigate docked in Lake Ontario. Those British buggers broke one of our guys legs.

I like the All Blacks though!

General - you mean you couldn't be bothered to catch a flight? Never mind we made up for your absence (and thanks for the comment)!

Here's another one from the square:

Edward, I had no idea they broke a limb - whose? It's hardly surprising that there was a serious injury - it was incredibly rough stuff, which I'm sure you're no stranger to!

Jon,

A friends leg was broken in a game I played in nearly ten years ago. It was against some men from the British Navy Frigate HMS Juno. I was just remembering it through the post you put up. It's why I cheer for the All Blacks now... hehe.

Dont worry Rob - it's a rare British victory in the Rugby World Cup which took place in Australia.

The really satisfying part is that we won on Australian turf beating the reigning World Champions - Australia. :D

And Johnny - that's my copyright you've breached, but you've done a great job for a worthy cause so I might call off the dogs! ;)
