NIce shot. Good range of tones, in terms of compostion, moving to your right a bit to isolate the guitarist a bit may have helped pull him out a bit.. seems he is lost in a busy background. I like your other shot too, the portrait one.

If you use the second-from-the-right button above the message input area, it will prompt you for the image number (496891 in your case) and automatically add it to your message with the [ thumb ] tags around it. Like this:

The background disturbs me too but I was afraid to cut too much and my photoshop experience is acutally near to zero!

Just my 2 cents and this as well could be just from my screen, but the whites in both seem be blown out in a couple spots, and the black seem to a little dull. Playing with the levels or contrast could help. Also going to radiantvista.com has free video tutorials you can download. They have a good one for high contrast B/W.
