thanks for the great picture Jon Lucas!
but it seems that i have to use a blue flame for the poster, showing more energy quantity!
do you have some burning blue flames in your archive?

oh, maybe this would help you help me :)
the main purpose is "Energy for the future generation" and i'm using a little picture of some kids in the foreground, with some graphic lines around it like a broken frame!
so what i need (or should i say i'm asking for) is some Energy caused thing in the background.
what my boss suggested was a flame, since heat is an energy caused thing!
i would appreciate any suggestions.

Sorry sainaz - didn't notice this post.

It's simple in Photoshop:
1. Open document
2. Add either a new layer (or New Fill Layer in Pshop CS)
3. Fill the layer with a chosen colour
4. Select blend mode 'Color'

Sorted!

A suggestion.

With a theme "energy for the future generation" and "natural resources" my mind does not immediately go to a flame, but more to a modern windmill, the sun, water.

The flame for me is much more associated with traditional energy sources which have to be burned to relase their energy, like wood, coal, oil.

That opens up a whole new series of possibilities .....
