Just a friendly reminder to people that monitor calibration varies a lot from person to person. You will easily enjoy Low Key the mostest if you turn the lights off before you start voting.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program...

Almost everything is better with the lights off! I used to paint cars and we liked to deliver them at night with the lights off..... No thats not a bug stuck in the paint!

On a properly calibrated CRT monitor, you probably won't be able to distinguish the last two dark boxes. I don't know why they haven't replaced that gradient, since I've seen SC posts confirming that about the last two boxes.

I'm so glad to hear you say that! I spent SOOOO long trying to calibrate my work monitor (shhhhh!) today so I could see if my entry was too dark. The last two boxes just wouldn't separate! Looks great on my laptop at this angle....

I think everyone should vote nude. If nothing else they will feel better while they vote. Careful doing this at work! :)

It is easier to see all the boxes in the dark, but looking at a monitor with the lights off gives me a headache. headaches make me vote grouchy.

which do ya'll want?

<grin>

What's that gray bar for? LOL Right now I have bright sunshine right behind the monitor. I can just make out the difference in the last two black boxes. I calibrate with a Greta Mcbeth Eye One.
