I had one hour free time today and went to the old city.
Beautiful weather (+5 C, no snow, sun)

I do know - you like B&W. May be you like old buildings too? Ok, all are not from XIV century, but mostly they are.

I would like to read comments too :)

Great job kinks. That's a nice gallery. I'd be interested to see what the pics are like in colour.

One minor thing I did notice was the photos look a little 'flat', I think because you used a program that takes the image files from the camera and makes a web gallery for you?

I hope you don't mind, I had a go editing one of your photos to see what it would be like with the contrast increased a little, and made a little brighter. Here's the result:

Yhispank edit

The result isn't great, but I think it has some positive effects.

EDIT: I will remove your photo on request, btw.

There are some stunning images - thank you for posting them. I particularly liked kiek in de kok, muurivahe, nigoliste kirk and toompea 2. The light was a bit too uneven on toompea 1. Also I love the very last one, with the ornate building. I forgot to note down its name. Anne
vene kirik - I'm with pitsaman...

Hi kinks;
You some nice shots there. I like the BW tonal over some subjects.
The 23 called Yhispank (ohh please translate it to me) is my choice. I like so much of the contrasts between the new and the old. Unfortunately that shadow thows some details of old buildings away. In other day you go to the old city, try to do the same shot on other angle or time. To catch a bit more details of old without or less that shadow and the roof in left. And please... advise me that the perfect job was done! I´ll delight observing that. Good job.

Originally is it Ühispank and it is a name of the Bank. "Ühis" means together.

Thank you :)
