Maybe I have left the doc behind and now I am dancing with preacherman again. I didnt put alot of effort into my image but I was hoping for at least a 6.3. The week is young. |
Tim, we are neck and neck! I thought mine would end up in the 5's...things turned around...If I can creep up to 6.2 or 6.3, I will be happier

couldn't agree with you more ... my score was a 5.29 ... and in 3 votes it dropped all the way to a 5.20 ... can we all say "trolls" ... I started in the 6.2 range last night ... |

Happened to me as well, although I wasn't quite so high before. 4:00 this pm I was 5.4590. After three votes it dropped to 5.3594 for an average score of 3.3. Hmmm, it's not a great picture but not terrible either. Kinda frustrating, makes you wonder about things.

I don't know. There are some pretty good images in this cahllenge.
My shot was taken Sunday evening, in a hurry, while I was in a foul mood thinking about the hours I'd wasted on the first bad attempt.
I'm thinking my picture is getting better (at 4.2) than it deserves.
Hey, at least I got a snack when I was done...

Folks,
Not sure how you all feel, but for all you folk that shot mushrooms on their own. A mushroom is technically a fungi and not a fruit nor vegetable.
Just needed to express that.
Now please carry on :) |

Not true - the mushroom is the fruiting body, the fungi is mostly underground or at least hidden from view.

Just because it is visible does not turn it from a fungus to a fruit. Also, just because the term fruiting is used, does not make it a fruit.
