Is it by chance or does it say something about the good and bad here at DPC? It seems that DPCr's are naturally more bad than good by the number of entries in the categories. Yup, just as I expected, proof that DPCr's are generally drawn to the bad side of life ;)

Generally speaking, people comment on the very good and the below average. There are always exceptions, but if your score is in the mid-5 range, you're the least likely to get comments.

If you're below 5, you'll probably get at least a few suggestions, but you might also get people who like your pic telling you so.

Keep in mind that this challenge only entered voting less than 24 hours ago, so you have 6 more days to get comments.

If you're not happy with how many comments you get during the challenge, feel free to post it in a thread in the "Individual Photograph Discussion" forum.

I do that and usually get some good feedback. For example:
