G'mornin', though I should probably say good evening! I'm late with my Day 1 pic but only because I wanted to start off with this skyline'river shot of Harrisburg 'cause it's so beautiful.
I actually live outside Harrisburg, but in part of the metro area. Anyway, welcome to my little corner of the world and I'll be sharing more during the coming month.
One question.....is the spirit of this to take these pics as we go, or can I use shots I already have?

Day 2 Looked at the view when I let my dog out this morning, and decided to try to capture it. Of course, by the time I got my camera set up it was a little lighter. Not the best shot, but I do like the star effect of the lights--I think it was caused by the snow as I don't have a star filter. I really wish we had underground utilities!

I'm actually quite impressed that I've not only posted a pic a day (I know it's only been two days, but I figured I'd start slow and get more into it later) but that I am very happy with the quality of the pictures. I'm actually very excited about this project now! Thanks guys. |

I think (at least the way I have interpreted it) it is to take photos as we go. I have a billion shots I could use but I think the idea is to show where we live and what it is like right now, in February.

Couple of people suggested closer shots - will post some extras when I get home from work tonight. I used this specific shot because you could see the Tribune sign in the background. I do have a variety of different angles! Go Bears! |

Ok, I started the 30-Day Holidays challenge and didn't finish. Then I started the 30-Day Self portrait challenge and it seems I won't finish it. Sad story right, but I do really need to finish a project, so if I am welcome here I will do my best to finish this one. :(
