Todays menu started again with my favorite thick sliced fruit loaf, toasted with vegemite.

Another one of Peter's super fruit smoothies, with blended mango, pineapple, apple and watermelon, along woth some orange juice plus some greek yoghurt. So yummy and so refreshing.

A pork steak left over from last night for lunch.

Home made and cooked chicken pieces with pineapple and friench fries home cooked.

Another yummy fruit smoohie, plus a couple of cups of Medura no caffeine tea, during the day as well, plus lots of water as our air conditioner broke down this afternoon....

Porridge
two cups of coffee (don't talk to me until then)
Pizza
Fruit smoothie
Banana chips
Bangers & Mash
and loads of water.

Update: 10:17pm Sushi was AWESOME!!! tried wasabi my god it is hot

Thick roast beef slices on roasted potatoes and carrots with gravy, cauliflower with butter and herb cheese sauce. Raspberry sherbert for dessert.

I do almost all the cooking in this house.

Edited to add: My mother-in-law hates me for what I am doing to her daughter's figure.

I guess I must be getting my appetite back.
It's 10:05 am and I just had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and a lemon and lime gatorade.

I just bought a whole, untrimmed loin of pork in the cryovac package for $1.49 a bound, so I have some butchering to do. I imagine that means roast pork tonight. Anyone want to come over? Prolly roasted taters too, and maybe some spinach would go good with that, eh?

I'm going through a food photography phase/obsession.

I've looked at over a 500 food pix today alone and they made me very hungry.

So I've been on a pretty steady diet of food shots. High in fiber...low on the calories. Tonight for dinner, I plan on eating a picture of Roasted Pork Loin with a side image of New Red Mashed Potato's and for dessert a picture of Chocolate Bread Pudding smothered with a picture of Buttered Caramel Sauce.

Lunch: Salad made by me w/ lots of beets, Sobe Lean, tall doubleshot caffe mocha nonfat mocha no whip (the first coffee didn't cut it)

well i get up for work at 2am so i usually have a hearty breakfast to get me going, today was leftovers from last night, it was a 1inch thick slice of butternut squash, in the middle is a wad of ground beef with onions and other stuff, then you bake it in the oven for an hour, once its done you top it with stewed tomatoes and sour cream and bake it for 10min, its SOOOO good.. Perfect early morning breakfast lol.

Coffee with milk; then two soft boiled eggs (the omega kind) with a whole wheat biscuit (which I made) and an apple.

A little bag of Kissables (YUM).

Lunch - or whatever you call the meal you eat at 4PM: Whole grain baguette with a Boca burger, guacamole (which I made), roma tomato and lettuce. Just finished *burp*.

I have some Cadbury eggs in the freezer (when you keep chocolate in the freezer, it has no calories), so I will probably have to put them out of their misery later.

Morning: 2 cups of coffee, 1 glass water
Lunch: 2 peanut butter / jam sandwich, 3 biscuits, an apple
14:00 1 cup coffee
