adding to my morning bowl of cereal....

3 strips of bacon
a few cups of coffee
a handful of gummie bears

and have some bear meat thawing for dinner tonight

cleaned the shot glass for dessert :P

9:15am Glass of water and a slice of wholemeal toast with vegemite on it
Update: 4:17PM A Ham+Salad wrap, 390ml coke, tons of glasses of water at work a handful of chips and right now im eating a choc top drumstick (Ice cream) lol
Sushi for dinner!!

Breakfast = protein shake and coffee (I don't know how I lasted 'til 1:30!)

Lunch = 1/2 a chicken quesadilla w/guacamole, sour cream, and salsa...mmmmmm.

Dinner = dunno yet

Little after 2pm now, so far:
1 Granola Bar, finished 1st pot of coffee, 1 smoked turkey with spinach leaves sandwich, 1 Boston Creme yogurt.
(I'm still growing...) :P

After coffee this morning I had a tuna salad sandwich with a few chips for lunch, have gone through 1 diet coke, working on my second. Dinner is in the oven, meatloaf (stuffed with goodies like garlic, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, eggs, and bbq sauce), baked potatoes, baby green peas and flakey biscuits. That should stuff me for the rest of the night since I'm not a snacker ;-)

That sounds nice Mystopia.

Since I'm an Aussie,and I've just had breakfast,it's been warm porridge with golden syrup for me!

Did I mention it's been very chilly and rainy this summer?

as of 7:10 pm
breakfast - whole grain cereal with 1% milk
snack - sliced apple with natural peanut butter
Looked at candy bars ...denied self
lunch - homemade soup - kind of a clean out the frige in a chicken stock
snack - yogurt - 1/2 eaten, I miss-placed it in my classroom
Looked at candy bars ...denied self
dinner - more homemade soup and a slice of bread
dessert - french vanilla ice cream with hot fudge topping - small portion.

Later - a glass of wine...
edit - I lied about denied self candy bar after lunch - it was a Twix bar - bite size...and it was delicious.

vegemite on toast and a kit-kat. It's 9.27am and I've already had chocolate. Is it time to find a suport group?? lol.

vanilla atkins shake,
two eggs,
two slices of bacon,
two pieces of cheese,
1.5 chicken breasts
salad,
atkins protein bar
around 10 almonds.. and a tab energy drink, diet coke, couple glasses of water and I think thats all she wrote for the day ;)

edit to add.. I forgot stuff :/ lol

When I go to a family type resturant, with a watiress or waiter new to me, I usually order as follows: First, I ask if the pencil is ready, then in one breath---
I would like a ram, ham, spam, beef, bear & buffalo club sandwich, with a side of octopus arms and lizard gravy in an armadillo half shell, hold the mayo. That usually breaks the ice, and gets odd responses. It's a left over from traveling while playing music. If my son is with me, we sometimes do it in unison, or he orders the same when asked.
