You guys caught me at a bad time. I'm currently eating my way through the refrigerator as a preface to emptying it and cleaning it. So I am eating stuff like "grilled cheese stubs sandwiches", "hot dog in a corn tortilla", "shredded turkey wings in chipotle mayo salad", you get the idea...

Indian Basmati Rice, Vegetable korma, potato fry with Indian spices, idli, dosa and popadoms. Exquisitely cooked by the wife of one of my Tamil work colleagues.

8:42 am here and all I've had was a a few shots of tequila. j/k - that was actually before midnight right before bed.
So far I have had a bowl of cereal. Getting the coffee going now.

3 hotcakes with bacon, 2 coffee, 2 iced tea so far, I just eat big early, then later, a good meal, then a snack before my nightly mile walk with my oldest son. It's hot here, so lots of water and tea during the day.
I noticed that they do not serve iced tea while in London to do the "Junk Yard Wars" shoot. We had to order "iced tea kits" which is a cup of tea, and a glass of ice. They looked at us like we were from another planet.

Just some yogurt with granola and banana. I will go later on for a salad, a friend of mine is on a diet. Not that I couldn't use it, my tummy is growing fast in this land of culinary delicacies. Of course I am still not in the UK ;) no offence mates!! |

A small bit of organic vanilla yogurt. I'm thinking that the pita chips and hummus are calling my name. May have that for lunch w/salad. Water to drink and making green tea right now. (Hubby got the last 'nana-dang it!)
Pasta for dinner tonight. Ok...I'm hungry now! |

Woke up at 11AM and blinked at the bright light. Ate a bowl of oatmeal and 1oz of Monteray Jack cheese. Drank some water. Now I want to go back to bed. Wonderful dreams I had last night. Love to enter some of them in one of the next challenges. But alas, in my dreams there are no cameras!

- All Bran Strawberry bite-size whatchamacallits and All Bran Buds for breakfast. Cup of coffee.
- Apple at 10:30.
- Chicken fried rice, egg roll and pineapple chicken for lunch. Cup of cofee
- Apple at 3:30.
- Grilled Salmon and I dunno what else tonight. Banana and yogourt for dessert.
- So far so good
- Then probably fuck up a good day of eating with all kinds of greasy sugary crap.

God, you lot are all so disgustingly healthy. I had:
Breakfast - bowl of Alpen
Lunch - Cranberry toppped Pork Pie, three chocolates left over from Christmas tin of Roses
Mid afternoon snack - grapes and a piece of Wensleydale Cheese with pear and ginger
Tea - Vegetable pie, mashed potato, cabbage, broccoli, and onion gravy.
Feeling pleasantly full. |

For lunch you may add. A chicken salad ;) some chicken prepared with coriander and some with chili. It was nice, but I will be hungry again soon LOL |
