I've just had a piece of toast with Nutella on it!
It is only 5:50 am where i live.
Just wondering what other people around the world have eaten so far?

It,s 9:50PM and Ive eaten... A BBQ sauce sandwich, fish and Chips, 4 cubes of chocolate and a peach
O.o weird lol
Mind you i didnt wake up till 11am lol

A piece of homemade fruitcake, a small chocolate muffin, some salada with cheese and salami, some nuts and a piece of bacon and egg pie. It is now 8-54pm.

It's 2:54 am and I'm eating another Tagamet. Hopefully the burn will subside so I can get some sleep.

A piece of chunky Fruit bread, toasted with vegemite...

Pure fruit blended juice drink.
(Blended mango, banana, watermellon, plus mango and apple juice, plus some greek yoghurt, just like a thick smoothie, tastes awesome.)

Pork steak, topped with grilled pineapple, and melted cheese.

Another smoothie fruit juice drink.
(These are just like a meal and so filling and good for you.)

It is now 9pm

Its 6:03 am here and the stinkin kids have been awake nearly an hour. I am getting ready to make pancakes and coffee (starbucks for me and ovaltine for the kiddos).

I just had another piece of Nutella on toast!!!

I was sick all weekend and over the two days I only had one piece of toast and 1/4 bowl of chicken soup.
So I was very pleased when I woke up hungry this morning!

Just finished eating a 10kg dhufish my son caught. Sliced up in beer batter and served with chips! Totally full of fat but bloody delicious. Washed it down with a glass of Canadian Club and coke! ;)

Four half slices of black bread with butter and
- Parma ham
- garlic salami
- Emmentaler cheese
- Fol Epi cheese

A glass of apricot juice

a banana

a mini salami

a yoghurt with orange and acerola-fruit

a mug of tea with honey

It's 1 PM here, think I'll have another banana and an ice-cream later (yep, I work for an ice-cream brand)

Guess I'll get some kind of pasta for dinner, then have one or two glasses of "Cremant de Loire" and some crackers.

Man, do I have a good life...

You know... We are crossing the winter here. I just use some drops of lemon in the water.

It's 8:28 AM here.

A bowl of oatmeal, a protein shake, a multi-vitamin and chewabale vitamin C.

As of 15:55 today:
- as noted above
- a chicken sammich and graham crackers with a cup of water for lunch
- some green grapes this afternoon

Most likely going to eat some sort of meat or fish meal for dinner, and maybe a bowl of low sugar cereal before going to bed.

It is 9:07am, I just finished 1/2 a cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter and am drinking a cup of instant coffee, my typical breakfast.

2 oz. of honey roasted peanuts and a cup of tea.
It's 7:45 a.m. here

I had a bowl of cracklin oat bran cereal too.

I just had a maple bar (donut) for breakfast and slowly working my way through my 34 ounce mug of coffee. -Breakfast of champions. :-)

Since its only 8:42a I haven't eaten anything yet, but my day normally goes something like this:

1-2 cups of tea
Oatmeal bar for b'fast
Lean pocket for lunch
sometimes dinner, sometimes not
3 or 4 diet Mt. Dew Code Red - to keep me movin!!

I really have lousy eating habbits - not because I'm so health concious, but because I'm a really LAZY eater. If food bumps into me I might eat it, but I'm not going out of my way to chase it down.

Its' 14:56here. I'm actually eating the last bit of toasted bread with butter & cheese while I'm reading this thread. I had a chocolate croissant earlier this morning and now on my way to have some coffee.
