No idea how we could make this work but.... the challenge could be that we walk out our front door and walk for 5 minutes (give or take a few) and photograph something. The hard part would be to make sure people abide by the 5 minute rule and don't drive an hour and a half to get to some cool location.
Just a thought.

It's currently 20 degrees with 10 mph winds. I won't even walk to my car.
Added: And that's warm compared to the 2 degrees this morning.

Cool idea but too hard to police/validate I think.
