I can get your point and really do like your images but then how minimal is really minimal? Thats' a line which is difficcult to draw.

I think for some of us the ultimate would be a white or black frame and I am sure we will find some people who would like that also! So its more a function of individual preference i guess
Its like a baby i guess- every mother feels that her baby is prettiest and none of them is wrong.

I like your photography style. Very cool. One thing that bugs me with your website is that every picture is too low and I have to scroll down to see your menu... and that is on a high res monitor. There's my $0.02CDN.

Yes, they are too low but I certainly don't have to scroll at 1280x1024. I like most of the pictures quite well.

What's all that above good for?? A single with XX for your preferred height will do the job.

That's the problem with site builders. They dirty up the code way too much.

I like minimalism and I like a lot of your images.
However, the website is a little to minimalist. Not easy to figure out when you cant read the text. The color blends into the background and I had to search to find the navigation.
Also the front screen with just a small word [enter] is not nessisary.
my 2 cents.

Just so you know, the HEIGHT property is deprecated in HTML. Most browsers will just skip right over it.

really really admire your work!!! great website! upload some of those babies in your DPC portfolio and I'll add a whole lot of em to my favorites. I especially like the one of the boy on the bench in your "Humans" gallery. I'm not sure if you ever saw this but I was really moved by your "Life" ribbon winner and did a lil tribute to it :) :) Keep up the inspiring work!

Very clean, simple and it being an artistic site, most anything goes. Almost.

I really like it. easy to find my way around. Pictures stand out from the background. The only thing I didn't like in my short stay? No way to go from one picture to the next without going back to the gallery page. And no descriptions or titles.

There was when I visited - you have to look a bit, especially in the Humans gallery. The controls there are located in the lower right of the page.

That brings me to the point I wanted to bring up - the controls. They were not consistently placed in the different galleries. I would prefer something similar to the controls in the Humans gallery so that you don't have to reposition the mouse pointer when the aspect changes - that only happens in the Minimalism gallery. The Humans and Wall each have only ane size/aspect for all the images, so moving the cursor isn't an issue like it is in the Minimalism one.

Other than that I liked the layout. I agree that some descriptive text would be interesting, but maybe not so minimalistic.

Thank you everybody ! I really appreciate your comments …
About some html problems , in fact this is the first serious website that I have designed .
But I’m going to fix them for sure .
