Well, I've sent an email off to their "Contact" regarding any Terms of Service. So we'll see if I get any reply, and when I do I'll certainly post it here so that everyone can rest a little bit easier.
Having learned a little more about the company though, my guess is that the 20-somethings that run it just haven't had the chance to think things like that all the way through. I'm doubtful that it's some kind of hideous photo-rights eating beast. |

Well, the way I see it is:
If there was no TOS when I uploaded the photo, I have agreed to nothing. I'm pretty sure that would hold up in court if it came down to it too.
I think the site just isn't ready yet. It seems very pre-beta, judging by the number of broken features.

Actually I found it more suspicious than interesting. It seems to have worked remarkably well if you ask me ;)

He is apparently not employed by the site. This is based on my communication with him, and some research. |
