A Secret site that requires and invite to even read thier TOS. Sounds exclusive, and yet everyone that joins seems to get 5 invites to give out without limitation. That sounds suspiciously like a pyramid scheme and, unfortunately, I am yet to see a legitimate pyramid scheme.
I hope it's legit, but keep your guard up. I would hate to hear someone from here got burned. :(

| I'll take an invite but I'd be careful - looks to me like they probably plan to "sell" the winning shots to make the money to support the place. You do realize you give up all rights to the pictures, right? At least that's what it seems to me based on the quoted TOS someone put somewhere... |

I'm holding off on posting stuff I actually care about just in case they suddenly pop up with a TOS that tries to make a rights grab.
As the the pyramid nature of the invites- I remember Gmail doing the same thing, with people selling their invites on eBay. It seems likely that this is modeled after that, and it may actually be a decent defense against spammers - would you issue an invite to a known spammer, after all? Not to mention that it's an intriguing way to build buzz - look at what happened here in the last 24 hours!
