Hey guys, did my annual website revamp.
Just soliciting opinions as to how people like it.

I also moved my photo a day blog to a gallery on my website.

//www.phphoto.net/2006site

It's not 'launched' yet, I think I still have some tweaking to do.
And if you're curious, my current site
//www.phphoto.net
is what this will be replacing.

the content is pretty different between the two.
So any thoughts about what sucks or what you like (including the photos if you have an opinion) is welcome.
And if you have a website and want me to comment back on yours I'm down to do that too.

p.s.
For those who dislike flash, the site is not flash based, so it will still be searchable text, the galleries are embedded .swfs
Right now it's not really being sent to editors or potential clients, so it's just up for me to send friends/family/randoms and whoever might be curious. I will, however probably be sending it out to editors etc after my next internship ends in June, so I wanna have it looking as nice as possible by then, and hopefully well before that.

hi Peter, I'm looking at your site but I don't understand.... is 2006site the new one or the old?
by the way on firefox2.0 winxp I can't see all the text in the bottom frame, I can only read your email and number.
I like a lot the flash slideshow system, but what do you do with portrait oriented photos?
also some sections have clear names (like "the people i meet") but others don't ("single editorial" ?) you could add some text to describe the sections maybe.
everything IMHO obviously
ciao :)

I used the same design software you used to build my site //www.agileimages.com . Yours looks fantastic. i won't give away your secret, but it was a good choice in going with the design you chose. congrats.

the site looks and works great. i like the descriptions and that fact that you added a traditional resume is a big PLUS in my book.

nice work!
