Bit late here, but I just found these pics in my 'Workshop' Portfolio.
My submission for the 'Exposed' challenge was this one:
Used this one partly because it shows the HD opened like a sardine can, 'exposing' the innards, and because I liked the lighting.
My other alternatives for submission were:

What do people think, did I pick the best one?

For me it's a toss-up between the first (original) and the third. Your second one has too much negative space for me to consider it.
Between the other two, the first one has a bright reflection at the top center which was a bit distracting and the third is cropped in a non-traditional ratio which some may find odd.
If my opinion mattered (but since no-one else offered yet), I think I prefer the third. |
