No posts since the 20th.

Maybe his camera was stolen and he's wandering, lost in the high desert, searching for the meaning of life?

:-O

He made comments on 11/22. Maybe he's celebrating the holiday with his family or something equally outrageous?

Perhaps he was caught, again?

Must you always kill the joy? :-P

I believe a burglar is making those comments from his computer.

I wasn't going to come right out and accuse you of burglarising Art's house, but since you bring it up...

I am outraged that you would even imply such a thing!!!

Yeah! mk is the burglar! And mk ate that delicious apple cobbler in his fridge too, with the crispy-crunchy crust, and mk also finished off the milk and clogged his toilet!

Methinks you protest too much.

Mk, the saviour of threatened villages everywhere! My HERO!

Hmmmmm, I think there is something much more devious about this thread. Long I have watched the anger grow in slippy, very well disguised- but there. Claims of friendship for Art, yet something darker, much darker.

I see it now Slippy breaks into Arts house, intent on destroying Arts most valued objects. Art catches him, a struggle ensues. Art has the upper hand then Slippy grabs a candlestick. In a blur it is over. Yes, that is where all the clues point- Slippy in the Conservatory with a Candlestick.

He stood over his work with a sinister grin, then retiring to the kitchen where he would celebrate with some apple cobbler.

My guess is he's trying to hide from the community and changed his name again! Considering his last post was the 22nd, he could be one of these:

Marigold registered 23rd
RedDotCom registered 24th

;-)

Nah, he wouldn't be able to hide long... too many villages that need burned.

Maybe he is just busy building torches and stuff.

Well, I still think something smells fishy in Denmark. I've PM'd Marigold and RedDotCom and basically wrote that the jig is up, and reiterated the ToS and how those accounts will be shut down by SC shortly as duplicates!

Getting a little of his own medicine...

While out searching for a village to burn, he happened across what seemed to be the perfect one. He watched it from a distance, waiting for the perfect opportunity to cause the most destruction. Little did he know that this particular village was home to the worshipers and servants of the rare "Giantous Squirrelous".

During his rampage Art was captured by the angry (and quite large) squirrels, who slowly devoured him.

You will be missed Art (well not by most villages but larger townships and torch dealers are sure to miss you).

I have intercepted a secret squirrel mail.

Art has 'died' in a staged accident and has now been relocated in Scotland as a mad haggis chaser. He has a new identity, and is under a 24hr protection order for everyones safety. He has been secreted on an isolated island with one other inhabitant, apart from 200 sheep!!

The other inhabitant is Howlin' Mad MacTavish, a slightly reclusive and greatly deranged kilt wearing, sporran swinging poet, with a strange attraction to aran wool sweaters and driving gloves. He lives in a croft with his half brother, Shaun the Sheep.

Damn, someone has traced this message and now I have to go underground.

Y'all wrong! He was actually abducted by aliens. However, for some mysterious and wonderful reason they didn't keep him cos..........he's here amongst us tonight!! Welcome back Art! :))

Whoa! I just had the weirdest dream - I dreamt I was hit over the head with a candlestick and my house was ransacked and the intruder ate the apple cobbler and clogged up the toilet (I think it was a woman) and when I regained consciousness, I found myself in Scotland confronting someone named MacTavish for doing something unnatural with a sheep.

...and you were there, and you, and you too. And what I've learned is there's no place like DPC.

--------------------

Seriously though, I'm just swamped with work lately, so I just have time to lurk now & then and occasionally throw some random crap in the mix. Thanks for checking up on me - - or for celebrating my demise - either one. :)
