I`ve got a question. Probably my english is not enogh... In basic editing are we allowed to do the picture black and white and leave a detail colored? Or does the whole fotograph have to be colored (or B/W)?

It can be done, but the technique only works in certain situations. You can use hue/saturation layers to desaturate all colors but the one you want to leave colored. Doing it this way applies the effect to the entire image (which makes it legal) but give you the desired effect. This, of course, will only work when there are not other items in the photo that are the same color as your primary subject.

The direct way, selecting the item itself and then desaturating everything else, is not permitted in Basic.

Generally speaking, you can make an edit to the entire image only - if you use global edits and accomplish the effect you are looking for, that you are OK (sometimes you can remove a single color, lets say red as an example, from the image globally which results in isolating specific items as a result. If you select a specific area and edit, you are not within the "basic" edit rules. I hope this helps.

You mean I can remove red just by disaturating it?

It's possible to do in Basic using a Hue/Sat adjustment layer. The picture below does it. The notes explain a little.
