I think the description might tell the participants that they are to capture something typical about their corner of the world, something that makes it obvious. An RCMP in Canada, Big Ben in London UK or a hot spring in Iceland. Any old mountain wont do :) I think it is a marvelous idea.

This is a challenge suggestion. You cannot see this weeks challenges...because they haven't been posted yet. Langdon said he will post them in the next few hours.

Landscapes are fine, but I think to really fit the challenge it should somewhat shows the unique-ness (pardon my english) of "your corner of the world". Vaguely interpreted, landscapes or ANYTHING for that matter, would fit the challenge. I think the point is, it shouldn't be an excuse to make it yet another "free study"... |
