I'm all set to get myself a 400D but I noticed that the price for a silver body was roughly $75 cheaper than the black body. I figure the black bodies are more popular, thus the higher price, but I thought I'd check to see if there was something else going on. I can't imagine what else it could be, but, why not ask, right?

Exact same camera. Black is just more popular. They must have a bunch of silver paint they want to get rid of.

| Yeah I think that the silver doesn't sell as well because it's not nice. |

The silver finish is pretty ugly, I think, unlike the chrome finish on Leicas :)
I got my XT at Buydig, and they were about the same price I think.
