My voting Stats so far:
You have rated 205 of 617 images (33%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 188 images (30%) in this challenge.
I am well on my way, and cought up with the commenting nearly, and so far, I have given only a few "10"'s, but so many "9"'s that I will proberly be bumpomg them up to a "10" before rollover in a week.

I have now completed a 25% vote so far, and now going back to comment of all of those that I have voted on, before doing my next 25%, as I plan on voting and commenting on every single entry if possible.

Just thought of something......
Wouldn't it be really nice for once, to keep all those "TROLLS" at bay, and vote "fair and square" like we should do.....
Just think about it for a moment, and ask yourself, if you would like a 'troll score' on your image. I am sure you said no.
I really love to see a true and correct placemant on all images as everyone has tried they very best for this one.
I am really surprised of the high standard of images here, and taking my time to look at each and every image, truely and carefully, and give it, is best score it deserves..... I have actually only given a couple of fours so far, and most are higher that a six.....
Is anyone else going to join me.....

count me in...in fact, I'm trying really hard to spend a good deal of time on each image, and I've already commented on quite a few with the intention of going back and commenting on at least half the field. so far, the lowest score I've given is a four, and I've only given two of those. the vast majority are at seven or above. |

Sherpet and Photoheathen, I absolutely agree! I'm new here and so far have developed the following personal voting parameters for myself:
1-3 I don't get it. (None of these yet!!!)
4 - The photo is disrepectful
5 - The photo doesn't meet the challenge
6 - The photo meets the challenge (yes, it's PURPLE!)
7 - Does the photo look good technically & artistically
(sharpness..blah blah)
8 - Does the photo make me FEEL something? (happy, sad, funny)
9 - Do I think WOW?!
10 - I can't stop staring!!!!!!
So much to learn here!!!! I'm truly inspired by all of you. Well, I'm off to vote! |

I love you to,, and I commend you on your style of voting as everyone does it diferantly, and thats ok, as long as they arn't trolls.....
I am so pleased that you have settled into DPC, and enjoying yourself.... All the best with your commenting and voting.....

wierd voting in this challenge, when looking through spotted a photo that had 16 views, yet only 5 votes and a score of 7.8, wierd?????? if 5 voters can see 7.8 in the image whats wrong with the other 9 voters.and how come some photo's already have 40 plus views yet only 50% response, really can't understand this type of voting.

How do you know what score the photos have already? |

I looked at quite a few that caught my eye in thumbnail but I didn't vote. I don't like to cherry pick. When I have some time, I will start at the beginning and vote. I'm sure many others do the same.
I don't race through my voting or commenting as some seem to. It can take me an hour just to vote on 30 images. So I browse first just in case I don't make it through 100% in voting by the end of the week. |

| Well - aimeethetoo and I are in a head to head on this one. She expected my score to whomp hers and right now she is .01 ahead of me. Gonna make for a fun week in the Too houselhold. |

Well I am pleased with this effort so far, and at last I have found some breathtaking images, and have given out quite a few "10"'s. Remember I always and go back and bump the ones that deserve to be bumped.
Tomorrow I will go, and do the commenting on the 20% I missed tonight. I will be returning to the rest of my commitment, and that is to get through this challenge with a 100% vote and comment.....
A huge task, but I am going to do it.....
