i havent been able to shoot anything as i have been stuck at home with my youngest as with all this snow it is impossible to get her around in her wheelchair. on 12/20 we got 30 inches, on 12/29 we got 20 inches and 2 days ago we got 10 inches. i do not think it will ever melt!!!

WOW! I didnt see snow yet in England on this winter!
I am still dreaming about snow ( i mean playing with snow or something lol) so i wanna see snow really but for you makes you bored do you? lol
i hope as soon as possible you can go to nice shooting!

Hanae, When I first read your post, the my thoughts were "She may be pregnant." Not only did my back hurt, but I was so tired with both of mine. Not your normal, "I didn't get enough sleep last night," but more of a "I've been up for 5 hours, time for a nap." I slept a lot during both pregnancies.
Jude, that is a bunch of snow. We had a slight dusting several weeks ago, but that was it. We are having unseasonally warm weather right now. Over the weekend, it got to 70.
MAK - keep dreaming . . .(about beating us) hahahaha
Talj -- There is no shame in accepting help. You can still be independant and stubborn in other things, okay. Looked at your PaD. I'm loving the shots you've got in there. Very minimalistic. Looking forward to what you'll do in the wpl5.
Aimee -- wtg girl, another ribbon. I laughed out loud when I voted on yours.

Thanks Karma ;o) Don't tell anyone but I am actually secretly enjoying my home help, she has only been here two days but I already feel there is less pressure on me to do things myself and thats quite a weight lifted off my shoulders!
Thanks for checking out the blog too, I am really enjoying the PAD thing, it gives me something to focus on during the day!
For those not reading the PAD blogs I had a bit of good news yesterday. I have been referred by my doctor and social services to the wheelchair centre. This should mean in the next couple of weeks I will have my own wheelchair and I will be able to go out when I have visitors who are willing to push me!! It's a small thing but when you can't manage to walk more than 10 or 15 steps on crutches, and going outside seems impossible, something as simple as getting a wheelchair is really uplifting! So that has made me smile!
How is everyone else doing??

i am a wheelchair pusher!!! too bad i am not close as i would come and push you around. love the 2007 pad i wish i was so motiviated!

Now that would have been great Jude, so wish you were closer!!! The only people that visit me really are my Grandad and Andi! My Grandad is happy to push me in the wheelchair but Andi? I haven't asked but he's a pretty nice guy... ;o)
The PAD thing is cool if,like me, you have the time to spend each day fiddling about with images or if you just want to document 'A year in your life' its a really good idea and I am also enjoying spending time commenting on other people PAD's :o)
So, are we all getting ready for WPL4??

THANKS! I enjoyed commenting and browsing through your portfolio last night. I can't believe it but I guess I have not spent much time in your portfolio. Full of gems I tell you...WOW...very talented!

Yes, even if its only once in awhile and we dont go very far it will be nice to get outside :o)

when does WPL4 start? (as in when should we start making sure we enter at least 1 challenge per week)

Hi Ladies,
Just to let you all know Scott  Southern Gentleman has confirmed we are in WPL4, I have checked our details and everythings correct so now its just a case of waiting till the 29th for the first challenge to be announced :o)
Hope you are all doing ok? Anybody else in Best of 2006?

I'm in best of 2006. Right now, even though it's only 5.667, it's my best "best of" score.
I have an awesome shot for January's free study. At least I think it is. :)

Hi Hanae, not doing very good at all this afternoon/evening. Having trouble moving my left arm which is making walking and using my crutches hard :o( I have yet to cook my dinner as well which is going to be a bit of a nightmare :o( Thanks for asking, hope you and Mak are ok?
