I got an assignment to photograph one of the most important Politicians in my Country, this will be a photo for an official gallery, I would like to know what my fellow DPCers think about it. Thank you very much for your help.

I will have to delete the image soon for privacy issues.

This has been my most important assignment up to date and I really need your input. Does the photo tell something to you?. I might add more shots from the session, this is the one that I like the best.

I see dignity and compassion. I see moral rectitude. I see the hint of a sense of humor. I see a man that looks like he's worth knowing. I think you did a very good job, I think it's beautifully lit. I'm not sure I'd have chosen that background, but it is not objectionable, certainly, so....

VERY good job!

Beautiful! Reminds me a lot of the portraits they used to do of Hollywood stars and famous people back in the first half of the 1900s. A lot of character to it.

I was thinking the same thought.

I think it looks great, very dignified and a well done portrait.

Thank you very much for your comments, they are very moving to me as this man is very very close to me, I will later tell you more about it.

About the background, I wouldn't have chosen it either but mostly every picture in the gallery has a neutral background like this one. It's not my favorite but I didn't want to go for something so different from the rest of the pictures.

I really adore this pic, it's tack sharp and the expression and look on his face is very masculine and strong, yet friendly. Good combo for a politician.

If I were to suggest anything for the purpose of variation. I would say take the vignetting out for a more modern feel. To take the guy out of the 1900's. I tried this real quick and I like them both either way..

GREAT JOB!
