I'm looking for a standard photography contract that would state that I am the exclusive photographer. Does anyone have a template they would be willing to email me? Basically, I do event photography and I don't charge the event planner. I make money by allowing the attendees to purchase photos through my Photoreflect account. All of the free (yes I'm cheap) contracts I've found are basically wedding contracts or are so different from what I want I'd end up rewriting the entire thing.

Prof_fate, you do a lot of contract work. do you have anything you'd be willing to share?...with your name and confidential material stripped out of course.

Start charging a $49 fee to event planners and buy the book "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers"

You'll spend 20 something on the book and start making more of a profit. If you are going to run a business you might as well charge for it - especially if you want to seem professional.
