OOOPS!

Deleted - Sorry,

Just noticed that there is currently a Silhouette challenge!
First time I have actually shot something randomly that actually fits the topic perfectly!!!

I saw your original post - What I'd say about it is to take a look at the composition. You've got a centered horizon and centered subject. Try cropping it so the subject is on the right and the horizon is on the bottom thirds line.

I like it, its very clean, and as you said yourself, sharp. I would nearly have got down even lower for the shot, so that the boy was framed more against the sky, and slightly less against the sea.

I'm not sure how much the bit of black land at the right of the shot adds to the composition, I think you could crop it out so that the boy is the black part of the shot. Nice capture.

LOL - Cool...

Thanks for the comments guys. As for the crop, I would prefer the guy to be on the right because of the way he is facing, though I quite like the land...
I'll have a play about when I get in tonight and upload a version for the challenge. (Be kind if you recognise it!)
