Somebody owes me a new keyboard!!!

A good nature photographer is hard to find, so use your camera, internet, ouija board, crystal ball or whatever it takes to locate Steve Davidson this week. Open editing, no major elements rule, Steve has to vote on every entry.

This is too funny!!!!!!!!

notice the "no major element" rule?
does that mean we can move major elements around freely?

Yes... just try not to lose them.

Ok, so I have this 'friend' who doesn't know what open editing means...in theory...what should I tell this 'friend' of mine? It's okay if you think my 'friend' is an idiot.

So for Steve this will now be a self-portrait - I can see it already. Title: Here I am.

It means there are no editing restrictions in this challenge.

Does this mean we can use multiple exposures to create our shot?

Steve is camera-less, so he'll have to cut-n-paste himself in.

Can we steal images of Steve and paste them into our creations?

The copyright and ownership sections of the rules still apply, so I would say no.

My opinion (I haven't discussed this with the rest of SC) is that combining multiple photographs is ok for this challenge, but they would all have to be your own, and they would all have to be taken this week.

I really think Steve went to an Elvis look-a-like show audition in Vegas and just couldn't face family & friends with the truth...

I was just about to say that. LOL!! I think these are the rules...SC correct me if I am wrong.

- Must be your own images.
- Must be taken during the specified dates.
- No rules on processing.
- When requested must supply all original images with EXIF intact.

So we can only have Steve in the picture if we personally take his picture this week?

I'm assuming using his mug off the flyer would violate the "literal artwork" rule. Is this correct?

It sure would be nice if there was a pic of some sort of Steve's face we were allowed to use. Some how I don't think he'll be showing up to my basement anytime soon.
