Today i posted my fyrst ever challange entry. it was almost hard to do but i did it.

I think its becouse of last week that i finaly desidet to let go and try it.
Had a bit of lapse in my mental stabilety and am on new meds and will hopefully get better from now on,

anyways. I amgoing to treat myself to a new flash for finaly admiting i need help, for going to school and for admiting my fyrst photo... i dont own any flash and the canon Speedlite 430EX is what i have chosen.

but sinse my counselor advises me not to work agen till i am fully stable and my body is used to the new meds i will have too rais the monay some other way.

So I have desidet to sell a few of the beaded orniments that i make.
I think this is a good way for me. If any one here is interested theres a link to pictures and prices

Congrats!!!!! It can be scary to enter challenges for the first time no matter *who* you are. And you should definitely be proud of that, as well as taking some really great positive steps in your life.

YAY :-D

edit to say:
Good luck with everything, especially college. :-)

You should photograph your beadwork so there there is something in the frame enabling viewers to judge the size. Eg., what is a "small" star?

Good luck with your first challange. Enjoy!

Thank yous :D

the small star dosent have as much beads as the heart star or the swirl star

and yes i notised after i had posted these pictures that i should have used something to show the sice. but what? icelandic coins? i dont think everyone knows theyr sice and i dont have american monay im thinking off taking a picture with one of each thing together and have my phone next to it....

A phone might do it but as they do come in lots of different sizes you might want to try something like a ruler. Or if you don't have one, try for something that is pretty much standard size no matter what - maybe a computer mouse?

edit: A photo of each together would be a great idea too I think!

I think AA batteries is pretty common everywhere so I would use that.

I think it's okay, usually photos with a ruler are more close up, so the numbers can be read clearly. But I think that this gives a really good general idea and should be just fine for what you are doing.

Another thing to think about would be to separate the pictures onto several pages and put links on the main page, if you can. I'm on dialup and it is taking quite a while to load all of the pictures together on the page.

I know the photos you have on your site is to sell the merchandise and not the photos themselves but I would still clean up the images just a bit. If anything remove the sensor dust that shows up on several of them. :)

You might try this thread. Or go to the forum main page and search for "cloning" and/or "healing". You'll need a program like Photoshop to do what is being described.

i have arcsoft photostudio 5.5... does that work?

I am not at all familiar with that program. I searched for info about it but was not able to find much that helped. Maybe if you look through the program menus and see if you can find anything that says cloning or healing?
