Just to be the devil's advocate here... what do you think your husband would have said or done had the person done just that... take I photograph I mean.

I am not passing judgement... just being curious.

Can we report that photographer? I remember reading about a guy who went to public places and took photos of ladies in a revealing manner and got charged and his photos confisticated. The news was from the US.

a very quick digression - surely under someone's skirt is considered a private place, no matter how public the place in which the person stands.

baring breasts in an exhibitionist manner (as in street parades, etc. etc.) would be considered public, but baring them in a utilitarian manner is not as public. not necessarily private, but in a sor tof privacey limbo. the kind where decency would be to respect the person's privacy...

tired, and a bit ranty.

say goodnight,gracie...

As far as I know, this is currently the case in the State of Washington, but nowhere else... and one must also remember that laws can and do go get reviewed and amended.

I think it is a great shot...maybe a little too much boob for some...but i don't think there is anything wrong with it...its just life....

I find nothing about the shot offensive, and I consider it a great photo. I personally don't consider the natural body offensive. I think it is a sad statement about American society when this could even be considered an issue.

Most people wouldn't know whats really offensive until it came up to them and peed on their rosary beads.

Only Similac corporation finds this offensive.

Interesting...what WOULD he do if the guy took him literally?
Knowing my husband he would have punched him.
After we left the building I told him not to do that ever again. I breast feed in public and it WILL get attention...good AND bad.
He will have to deal with it. Not quite sure what goes on inside his head but it boils down to people ogling his wife (even though she's got it out in the open for anyone to see)

Strange, I know.

I saw a rack with like 30 of those magazines at Burlington Coat factory in Albuquerque this week. I wonder what the people who complain about that one, think about the covers of Maxim or Stuff or that type of 'mens' magazine.

the name of the magizine is "baby talk" what else could they have taken a
picture of a dirty diaper or the baby sleeping seems to me they went with
something that would raise eyebrows and get them some free publicity....but all and all good shot
